What is the minimum order?
There's no minimum for stock products — you can buy from a single unit. For custom orders, the minimum is 500 units per reference.
Can I put my logo on the buttons?
Yes. We manage buttons with your logo, corporate colours or exclusive engravings from 500 units, with no extra cost for customisation.
Can I see samples before placing a large order?
Yes. You can buy single units of any stock product, or visit our Barcelona showroom to see the materials in person.
How long does a custom order take?
Approximately 3 weeks from artwork approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the EU (2–5 days) and worldwide (5–15 days). We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. For large or recurring orders, contact us and we'll prepare a tailored proposal, including the option of dedicated stock reservation for your brand.
