SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Spain (Domestic): 1-3 business days.
"We ship to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla." -
European Union: 2-5 business days.

United Kingdom: 4-10 business days (Subject to customs clearance).

United States: 5–12 business days (Subject to customs clearance).

International: 7–20 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing in the UK and USA may occasionally cause additional delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

EU & UK Customers: We aim for a "no-surprise" checkout. For most orders, applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout so the final price you see is the total amount you pay.

US Customers: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any Sales Tax (if applicable) will be added based on your specific state regulations.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping during specific promotions; this will be clearly indicated on the website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ORG TEXTIL TEKSTIL S.L. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after it has left our warehouse if they were not collected at checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility & Risk
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other external factors. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost orders or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
